Which DJI drone models can our service center repair?

Our service center repairs all DJI drone models and other DJI products. For example:

We complete DJI Phantom 4 repairs in one day, starting when the customer delivers the drone to our service center.
The repair process is completed on the same day.

 

How can customers deliver their DJI drones and other DJI products to us?

Customers have two options:

1. Send your device by courier

For example, if your Mavic Pro needs repair, you can send it to us by courier.
You do not need to visit our DJI service center in person to explain the problem. You can send your damaged Mavic Pro or other DJI product directly to our team.

 

Our service team opens the package, registers the device and customer details, and contacts the customer with the diagnosis and repair price. If the customer approves the price, we begin the repair. Fault diagnosis is free.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we recommended delivery by courier to reduce in-person visits.

 

2. Bring your damaged DJI drone or other DJI product to our service center

The inspection and repair process is the same for both delivery options. Courier delivery allows you to send your device without visiting the service center.
